Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at the moment, we are only shipping to Ireland and the UK. We hope to ship internationally in the future.
My order is late, what should I do?
Please use the tracking link in 'Your order is on the way' email. Sometimes things do go wrong, and if your parcel has not arrived as expected please accept our apologies.
If your parcel is more than 2 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer services team.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen 14 days of the delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for store credit. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a refund or exchange. What are the shipping costs?
At Shop Zeon we provide free shipping on all products so you don't need to worry about shipping costs, the price you see is exactly how much it will cost!
How long until I get my delivery?
On average our delivery time is 15-24 days, certain items may differ.
We understand sometimes you may not be able to wait this long. If you really need to receive a certain item sooner please contact us before you place your order and we may be able to provide faster shipping options if you agree to cover the cost of shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number. When you receive your tracking number just head on over to our website and click 'Track Your Order' to view where your parcel is every step of the way.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, VISA, and Mastercard.
Are my payment details secure?
Your payment and financial data are completely secure as certified by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Shop Zeon does not store or record your credit card information.
